Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a space to slow down, better understand yourself, and begin shifting patterns that no longer serve you. This process can help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to your own needs and emotions. The clients that I see typically experience some of the following issues:

Anxiety & Overwhelm
Anxiety can feel like a constant sense of pressure, overthinking, or difficulty fully relaxing. Even when life looks “fine” from the outside, internally you may feel exhausted, on edge, or stuck in patterns that are hard to quiet.
Common experiences include:
-
Overthinking and rumination
-
Perfectionism and high self-expectations
-
OCD and intrusive thoughts
-
Difficulty relaxing or feeling present
-
Burnout and emotional exhaustion

Trauma & Complex Trauma
Past experiences can continue to affect how you feel about yourself, your relationships, and your sense of safety in the world. Trauma is not defined by what happened, but by how it impacted you. Healing involves gently processing these experiences, helping your nervous system find stability again, and gently improving negative thoughts and beliefs that came from the trauma.
Common experiences include:
-
Childhood trauma or emotional neglect
-
Narcissistic or emotionally abusive relationships
-
Shame, self-blame, or low self-worth
-
Emotional sensitivity or difficulty regulating emotions
-
Attachment wounds and relational trauma

People Pleasing & Loss of Self
You may have learned to prioritize others’ needs, emotions, or expectations, often at the expense of your own. Over time, this can lead to feeling disconnected from yourself, unsure of your needs, or afraid to take up space in your own life.
Common experiences include:
-
Difficulty setting or maintaining boundaries
-
Fear of disappointing others
-
Low self-worth or self-doubt
-
Suppressing emotions or needs
-
Feeling responsible for others’ emotional wellbeing

Identity Shifts & Life Transitions
Periods of change can bring uncertainty, but also an opportunity for growth and self-discovery. Therapy can help you navigate transitions with greater clarity, confidence, and connection to yourself.
Common experiences include:
-
Relationship changes, separation, or divorce
-
Grief/loss related to a loved one or something important in your life
-
Career transitions or questioning your direction
-
Parenting and changes in identity
-
Feeling disconnected from who you once were
-
Wanting to live more authentically and intentionally
